The Lock Tavern, and weekly club-night New Look, present a New Year’s Eve extravaganza of epic proportions. Drawing inspiration from Lewis Carroll, with a twist of the dark side, we’ll be reimagining the venue and setting a dress code of ‘Malice In Wonderland’. It might be worth fishing that fake blood out of the bin after all!

A local institution, Bloody Awful Poetry host the annual carry on, featuring blistering live acts, hypnotic dancing delights and a swell of hazy beats to thunder out late into the night air. This year we’re delight to have one our favourite artist to emerge into the spotlight in 2011 – Alex Clare. Born and bred in South East London and raised on his dad’s bebop records, Alex has turned his talent for songwriting into a record deal, with a critically acclaimed debut album released on Island Records. Founded in Glasgow, and recently upping sticks to the big smoke, H&P have been hosting and, latterly releasing some mighty fine acts with an off-centre electronic bent. Think Nicolas Jaar, Actress and Caribou. This is their second get together, after hosting members of the Numbers crew and T. Williams last time around! Hosted by the fab New Forest based festival of the same name, the Festibelly DJs are throwing a big bash to celebrate the festive season. The woman responsible for some of the filthiest parties from London to Berlin and head honcho of all things Batty Bass, Hannah Holland will be heading up the lineup, joined by a gang of the Festibelly favourites including Fear of Theydon, Mojo Filter, Terrapin and more.
